Tree Pruning ~
Our pruning is done to arboricultural specifications set forth by the I.S.A. Our goal is to leave your trees looking natural. We achieve this by only removing wood which is necessary such as deadwood, broken and rubbing branches, and branches which may be too low or encroaching to structures. At Barr Tree Care we DO NOT climb trees using spikes! Some companies do so beware or your trees may get a serious insect and/or disease problem.
Tree and Stump Removal ~
In certain situations trees do require removal due to a number of reasons. Our crews can remove your tree safely in any situation. Once the tree is removed the stump will be grinded and shavings removed providing a level grade. We can even backfill with soil and grass seed upon request.
Planting and Replacements ~
If you require the planting of a new tree we can do that for you, even if you want it in the same location of a previous removal. We will hand select the perfect tree for your site and get it FRESH from the nursery. When selecting your tree we look for proper form and good health. We often suggest trees that are different from those of your neighbors. We then plant the trees using proper planting methods to ensure tree vitality.
Land and Lot Clearing ~
Building a new home or development? We can remove your trees leaving you a clean slate for excavation and site development. We can also set perimeters to protect trees that you may want to save so that the root zone is not destroyed.
Rod and Cable Bracing ~
In certain cases trees need help to keep them from splitting. Most of these situations are due to split trunks and/or weak branching structure.
Emergency Storm Cleanup ~
If severe weather causes your trees to fail, we will make you a priority.
